The Shoreline League of Democratic Women (SLDW) is hosting a Legislative Session Midterm Update with special guest State Senator Christine Cohen who represents the towns of Branford, Durham, Guilford, Killingworth, Madison, and North Branford. Connecticut Shoreline Indivisible (CTSI) will hold their monthly meeting on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the First Congregational Church on the Guilford Green in the downstairs community room. From 10:00-11:00 am, CTSI will host special guest U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal who will speak on the challenges facing our democracy today. From 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, there will be individual team meetings focusing on three issue areas: immigration, the environment, and legislative/GOTV initiatives. All are welcome to attend.
