CTSI General Meeting with Guest Speaker Denise Merrill, CT Secretary of the State @ First Congregational Church on the Guilford Green

Connecticut Shoreline Indivisible (CTSI) will be holding its general monthly meeting on Saturday, February 23 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.  They will be hosting special guest speaker Denise Merrill, our Secretary of the State.  Secretary Merrill will be discussing early voting initiatives and other voting initiatives in Connecticut.

Branford Forum: Debunking Myths About Russia in U.S. Policy-Making @ Willoughby Wallace Library

The Branford Forum will be hosting Dr. Thomas Graham from the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs who will be giving a talk titled, “Debunking Myths About Russia in U.S. Policy-Making,”  Although it’s been almost 30 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall, many of our notions about Russia were formed during the Cold War. What do we understand and what do we miss about Putin’s Russia? To develop an effective Russia policy, the United States must see Russia clearly.
